During the prototype phase, specialist contributors and institutional collaborators are engaged according to the requirements of each workstream. CA Dhawal Shah is a practising Chartered Accountant with more than 17 years of experience across finance, taxation, audit, bank finance, project advisory and institutional work. He leads DSA QAI’s strategy from a practitioner’s perspective: begin with the decision, structure the evidence, manage the exception and keep a qualified human accountable.
